System Protection Services Joins POWER Engineers’ Team
HAILEY, IDAHO – POWER Engineers, Inc., acquired System Protection Services in Lewiston on March 30, 2007.
POWER Engineers is pleased to announce that System Protection Services (SPS) has joined our team. Becoming an integral part of POWER Engineers, SPS brings specialized expertise in protective relaying, substation integration, and related services.
POWER Engineers and SPS are excited for the opportunity to expand the Lewiston office and enhance our abilities to meet the design and engineering requirements of all our clients. The skills and knowledge of SPS will contribute to POWER Engineers’ existing suite of services, which include substation design, electrical studies, overhead and underground transmission line design, routing and siting of transmission projects, environmental studies and reports, geographic information systems (GIS), generation, construction management, and testing and commissioning services.
SPS also brings with them the EasiLinc Protection Modules. This powerful tool greatly simplifies the implementation of the world’s most advanced protective relays while reducing design, setting and integration costs, as well as installation outage times.
